Biography
Independent Non-Executive Director
Anton Lindqvist is a former group finance director of a listed logistics company, where he spent eleven years and oversaw operations across fourteen jurisdictions.
He is the Board’s designated director with recent and relevant financial experience, and chairs the Audit & Risk Committee. His responsibilities include the Group’s risk register, the internal audit function, the relationship with the external auditor and the annual viability statement.
He also sits on the Editorial Independence Committee, an arrangement adopted so that a director with audit authority is present when allegations of interference are investigated.
